How To Create Tags in Closer

In Closer, our top priority is for you to keep up with all of your clients’ conversations. That is why we are HAPPY to announce our latest development, Agenda Tags, which will help you and us work closer as a team.
 
Have you ever wanted to take your meeting notes to the next level? With the Tags feature, you can easily go track and not lose sight of all your client meeting recordings. By creating a meeting tag, you can immediately visualize and recognize was the recording about, not having to opened it and gear it all over again. Imput as many tags as you want and never lose track os was important.

Create Tags in 3 Simple Steps

STEP 1

Open your Meeting Tool and click on “Settings.”

STEP 2

Click on “Tags” and then the “+” Icon on the right

Name your new tag, write a short description, and click “Create Tag.”

STEP 3

Once your tag has been created, you can select between your saved Meetings and Documents to input the new tags.
  • Click on the “+” Icon
  • Select the Tag you wish to Input

Now your selected tag will be displayed next to the Meeting or Document name.

NOTE: you can Input as many tags as you desire for each Document or Meeting.
