Document Templates are a powerful tool for taking and organizing meeting notes like a PRO!!!In this guide, learn the three steps to create an agenda template and how to use your template when creating a document.

PART 1
Create a Document Template in 3 Steps
STEP 1
Go to your Meeting Tool and select “Templates.”
Â
STEP 2
Click on “Create new Template,” write the template name, and then click “Create.”
Â
The new Agenda template will now appear on the screen. Click the arrow / “>” Icon to edit your new template.
STEP 3
Now you can start editing your template regarding your own meeting needs

PART 2
How To Use Templates When Creating a Document
STEP 1
Now your template has been created, go back to the home view, select “Meetings” and choose the meeting you wish to organize with the template you just created.

Click on “Select document” and click on “+ Create new document”.

Name your Document, select a Template, and click “Create Document”.

Now you are ready to start taking notes like a PRO!!!
