Have you ever wanted to take your meeting notes to the next level? With the link Transcript Segments feature, you can easily go back to that important sentence your customer said during the meeting by quoting them inside your document and not having to scroll all down the transcript ever again.
 

STEP 1

Open your Meeting Tool and click on “Meetings” and select the meeting you wish to work on.

STEP 2

Once you have opened your meeting, click “Select document” and choose the corresponding document.

Once you have opened the document, select the segment of the
transcript you wish to link to the document by clicking on top of it.
The transcript segment will turn gray.

STEP 3

Once you have selected the transcript segment you wish to link, click the “+” where you wish to locate the segment.

Your transcript segment is now linked to your document, and you are ready to start taking notes like a PRO!!!
